- What is the payment method and can I pay on delivery?
You can pay for your order using your KNET, credit card, or in cash on delivery. For more inquiries, please check our terms and conditions.
- Do you deliver outside Kuwait?
Unfortunately, we are currently unable to deliver outside Kuwait.
- Will I get discount when ordering large quantities?
If your order exceeds the total amount of 30/- KD, we will deliver it free of charge.
- Can I see the items somewhere? Do you have showrooms?
Since having a showroom defeats the purpose of a convenient online shopping experience, we do make sure each product is showcased with an adequate number of images along with an extensive and thorough item description that you can always rely on. Furthermore, our customer service team is always ready to assist you to the best of their ability in case you had any additional questions.
- Is online payment by credit card secured?
All our online payment methods are 100% secure.
- Can I return a product/a damaged product?
We have a return policy for all products including damaged products. Returns and replacements are possible within fourteen (14) days if terms and conditions are met. For more information, refer to our terms and conditions
Delivery related
- What are the delivery fees?
A delivery fee of 2 KD per order will be charged for orders below 30 KD. For more information, refer to our terms and conditions
- Do you offer installation services?
For Products requiring Installation, our Delivery & Installation team will perform a quality check in your presence and install the items. An installation fee of -/3 KD per item is applicable.
- How long does it take to for my order to get delivered?
The delivery will take place the next day between 2 PM and 10 PM. However, the exact delivery time will depend on the accuracy of the delivery address details you provide.
- How can I track my delivery status?
You can check your order status and/or track the delivery of your order through My Orders tab, from your account menu inside Kootshop website
- Can I return or exchange an item?
Our customers may exchange or return their purchases within 14 days from the delivery date of order under the following terms and conditions:
- The goods to be replaced or returned are in good condition and can be displayed in its cover and cards as well as attached to the original purchase receipt.
- The goods to be replaced or returned are not matching the ordered product and/or have defects and/or defects that are not apparent at the time of purchase.
