The Website is provided to you as a service (the “Service”) and is intended to allow its users to browse and/or order products, goods, or services (the “Products”). As a user of this Website (referred to as “you” or “your”), you acknowledge that your use of this Website, including any transactions you make (referred to as “use” or “using”), is subject to our terms and conditions mentioned below.

We reserve the right to amend these Terms and conditions whenever needed. Any such changes will be deemed effective when posted on www.kootshop.com. By accessing www.kootshop.com, registering or creating an Account, or using the Services offered on the Website, you agree to abide by these Terms. If you do not agree with all or any of the Terms, please stop using www.kootshop.com and exit the Website.
- Account and Registered User
To access specific features of the Service, including the ability to order and purchase Products, you must register and create an account (the “Account”) on www.kootshop.com; you are a “Registered User”. Your account must be secured with a password. The Account created is personal and exclusive to you and is non-transferable to any third-party.
To become a Registered User, you must be 21 years of age and above, and must provide true and accurate information (including your name, date of birth, e-mail address, credit/debit card details and other details) as requested during the Account creation process. Subject to applicable law, as a parent or guardian of an individual aged between 18 and 21, you may permit such individual to use your Account. You will be held fully liable for the use of the Account and for any use of the Service by such individual through your Account.
By registering at and using www.kootshop.com, you warrant that the information provided throughout the registration process is true and accurate and you undertake to ensure that such information is kept updated.
- Order process
As a Registered User, you may order and purchase Products through the Service. If a payment is applicable, you agree to pay the full amount as indicated during the order process, including delivery fees and any other charges that may be applicable to your order. You may see our Payment and delivery terms below.
If the item / Product you are ordering comes in different color options, our Website does not currently allow to directly choose the desired color. You may mention in the comments section the desired color of the ordered Product or check the designated box on the product page and our customer service will be in contact with you, via WhatsApp, to inquire regarding your desired Product color.
After accepting your order, we will dispatch the Products ordered the next day.
- Payment
You may opt for one of our two payment options adopted at Kootshop:
- Online payment: we accept online payments via any credit or debit card through “Bookeey”. You can proceed to pay after the checkout. You will be directed to the payment page through “Bookeey”.
- Payment on delivery: we also offer our Registered Users the option to pay for the Products ordered in cash at the time of the delivery. You may opt for this payment method while placing your order, after the checkout. The cash payment is to be presented to our authorized customer service representative while receiving the Products ordered.
All prices are shown in Kuwaiti Dinar (KD) and include taxes (if applicable) at the applicable current rates. All prices exclude the delivery charges and the installation charges (if applicable).
- Returns are Easy
We are committed to selling high quality Products that meet and exceed your expectations. Nonetheless, we also acknowledge that, for one reason or another, there may be occasions when you need to exchange or return a purchased item. You must therefore make sure that you check your Products carefully at the time of delivery, before they are used or installed. We also recommend that you keep your delivery receipt and copy of your order, which is accessible on your online profile at www.kootshop.com, as proof of purchase in the event of any after-sales queries. Products purchased can be returned or exchanged within fourteen (14) days from the purchase date.
All our Products are covered by our fourteen (14) day Returns are Easy policy
If you would like to return a delivered or in process of delivery product within the fourteen (14) day window, you may contact our Customer Service and we will collect it free of charge.
We accept to return the purchased Products or replace them, provided they are in good condition.
A return or replacement is fully at the expense of Kootshop if the order delivered is not the same as the one you requested or is damaged. In this case, you will receive a replacement free of charge or a full refund.
In case the User opts for a return or replacement for any other reasons, the user shall be charged the delivery fee.
- Product Delivery
Once you find the Products you would like to purchase on www.kootshop.com, add them to your shopping cart and go through our quick and easy payment process (checkout). We deliver all over Kuwait, however, we are currently unable to deliver to any other location outside Kuwait.
A 2KD charge per order is applicable. If your order exceeds the total amount of 30KD, we will deliver it free of charge.
The delivery will take place the next day between 2 PM and 10 PM. However, the exact delivery time will depend on the accuracy of the delivery address details you provide.
Your delivery address must include the Contact person Name, Contact person Number, Governorate, Block number, Street number, Building Number.
If there is a change in the delivery address, kindly contact our Customer Service and provide us with the updated address.
In case of the absence of the customer, the delivery is considered successful if any family or home member residing at the same address signs the invoice/delivery note.
For Products requiring Installation, our Delivery & Installation team will perform a quality check in your presence and install the item. An installation fee of 3KD per item is applicable.
