The following information details our delivery charges and estimated delivery timescales:
Placing an order
Once an order has been placed thorough kootshop, the customer will receive a confirmation email from us with an overview of his/her order. Said email will contain the order number, along with all the other details regarding the order.
In case of missing/incomplete information, our customer service team will contact the customer in order to complete the missing data so we can start processing the order immediately.
Delivery inside Kuwait
A 2/- KD charge per order is applicable all over Kuwait.
If your order exceeds the total amount of 30/- KD, we will deliver it free of charge.
Delivery Time
The delivery will take place the next day between 2 PM and 10 PM. However, the exact delivery time will depend on the accuracy of the delivery address details you provide.

You can check your order status and/or track the delivery of your order through my Orders tab, from your account menu inside kootshop.com
