Our customers may exchange or return their purchases within 14 days from the delivery date of order under the following terms and conditions:

  1. The goods to be replaced or returned are in good condition and can be displayed in its cover and cards as well as attached to the original purchase receipt.
  2. The goods to be replaced or returned are not matching the ordered product and/or have defects and/or defects that are not apparent at the time of purchase.
  3. You can change any product by choosing another size while taking care of the previously mentioned requirements.
  4. In case of returning a correct, undamaged order, the customer will have to bear the return delivery fees, and the order must be in its original state (unused / unopened), together with its original purchase receipt.
