Our customers may exchange or return their purchases within 14 days from the delivery date of order under the following terms and conditions:
- The goods to be replaced or returned are in good condition and can be displayed in its cover and cards as well as attached to the original purchase receipt.
- The goods to be replaced or returned are not matching the ordered product and/or have defects and/or defects that are not apparent at the time of purchase.
- You can change any product by choosing another size while taking care of the previously mentioned requirements.
- In case of returning a correct, undamaged order, the customer will have to bear the return delivery fees, and the order must be in its original state (unused / unopened), together with its original purchase receipt.
